MARKET RISK

The prices and liquidity of tokens and NFTs are determined by third-party markets (e.g., DEXs, P2P marketplaces) and are subject to high volatility, which may fluctuate abruptly and unpredictably. The Chaiger Ecosystem does not control, influence, or guarantee price, demand, liquidity, order execution, or the existence/continuity of secondary markets. Nothing in this document constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice; carefully assess your risks before participating.

TECHNOLOGICAL RISK

Smart contract failures, bugs, exploits, oracle/integration issues, network upgrades, validator/miner attacks, MEV.

NETWORK AND TRANSACTIONAL RISK

Congestion, high gas fees, confirmation failures, reorgs/forks, temporary or permanent unavailability.

KEYS AND WALLET RISK

Loss or compromise of your wallet/keys may cause irreversible loss. The Chaiger Ecosystem does not have access to your keys.

REGULATORY RISK

Regulatory changes may affect access, utility, taxation, conversions, and liquidity. Additional KYC/KYB requirements may apply.

LIQUIDITY RISK

P2P markets may be illiquid; wide spreads; lack of counterparties.

STAKING/REWARDS RISK

Rewards, when available, are occasional and variable; limited in source; may be reduced, paused, or discontinued without notice in security/compliance emergencies. No APR/APY guarantee. May be zero.

NFT/CONTENT RISK

Dependence on off-chain storage (IPFS/Arweave); risk of unavailability; uncertainty regarding IP rights if not explicitly granted.
Phase 1 — Redemption: availability depends on stock; series/attributes are not guaranteed; network/maintenance delays may occur.

MARKETPLACE/RENTAL RISK

Fraud, default, failure to deliver benefits. Evaluate risks, timelines, and guarantees.

AFFILIATE/MARKETING RISK

Variable revenue; profit promises are prohibited. Rules may change for compliance/governance reasons.

THIRD-PARTY RISK

Wallets, bridges, oracles, data providers, exchanges, and integrations are operated by third parties and may fail.

TAX RISK

You are responsible for tax obligations/reporting within your jurisdiction. Keep your records.

LIMITATION

This information does not reduce obligations established by mandatory law; it complements the Terms. In case of conflict, the version most protective to the consumer shall prevail where required.
